My great grandmother, Mary James WOOD's mother was a PRESTON.

I was told that Mollie was born in Metcalfe County KY. So far I have been unable to find any data supporting
Mollie's mother's name was Malinda OILER who married three times.

1st Marriage - unknown PRESTON

2nd Marriage - William F. HORNBACK

3rd Marriage - John JAMES

Need more data on Malinda!!
Note: John James was said to have been a cousin to Jesse James which may or may not be true.
Everyone with the name of James probably claimed some sort of relation to the famous outlaw.
